  • User Research: Collected insights from domain experts and reviewed industry sources to understand technicians’ daily challenges and field conditions. Broke down repair tasks to spot bottlenecks in diagnostics, training, and logging that could be simplified with AI.
  • AI-Guided Workflows: Designed mobile flows with SAP AI to provide predictions and step-by-step guidance, reducing downtime and improving on-site decisions, while applying SAP Fiori patterns to keep the PoC consistent and scalable.

Outcome: Gained hands-on understanding of end-to-end business processes while delivering a PoC in a small, fast-paced team environment.
